  • 1 Tbsp crushed dried bay leaves

Instructions
 

  • Place both ingredients into a pot. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Allow to steep overnight in a thermos.
  • Strain out and discard the bay leaves
  • Sip liquid this in small amounts throughout the day.
