  • 1 Tbsp crushed dried bay leaves

  1. Place both ingredients into a pot. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Allow to steep overnight in a thermos.
  3. Strain out and discard the bay leaves
  4. Sip liquid this in small amounts throughout the day.
