Basil, garlic, and tomato sauce make this broth delizioso . I like serving it as an appetizer when I have company for dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups 4 cups beef bone broth
  • ¼ cup no-sugar-added tomato sauce
  • ¼ tsp Italian seasoning Himalayan salt Freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 fresh basil leaves, cut into a fine chiffonade
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, heat the broth on med heat. Add garlic, tomato sauce, and Italian seasoning. Reduce heat to med-low or low for a bare simmer. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes
  • Season and serve topped with basil.
